Data Entry of Claim Cases
The Solution
- SherwoodsBPO team retrieves all the cases in the form of scanned images from the
London office, and cross-checks the uploaded data with the report sent from
UK to ensure appropriate action has been taken on all cases
- The offshore team accesses the scanned images, downloads them and takes a
print out. Thereafter, the cases are distributed amongst all the agents and the
relevant information is appropriately highlighted. Thereafter, the executives
perform the manual data entry process
- Process Manuals and DTP's for SLC were prepared at SherwoodsBPO. Regular
conference calls regarding the process helped clarify queries and kept the SherwoodsBPO
team updated on the changes, ensuring appropriate measures were taken to
map the process with the latest changes
- The addresses are cross-checked. Simultaneously, the Post Coder software is
updated for further help in finding the correct post codes and addresses
- A quality control process was designed to ensure quality and integrity of data
with strict service levels, setting accuracy standard of 97.00%. The data is
quality checked again before being sent to the client, leaving no room for
errors
