- Conference calls were conducted on a monthly basis to discuss all updates with
clients and thereafter minutes of those calls/meetings were made and sent to
client to seek approval on the discussions
- Ensuring quality of reports and making it presentable enough to be shown to
the Claimants
- SherwoodsBPO team ensures that all the recommendations deciding the next courses of
action are selected appropriately and different kinds of insolvencies are cross-
checked wherever mentioned by the Enforcement Officer in his report
- The offshore Quality Supervisor retrieves a number of fresh Cases every
morning using the Sherpa web system after Enforcement Officers submit their
warrants mentioning details regarding visits made by them from the Shergroup House
office
- A quality control process was designed to ensure quality and integrity of data
with strict quality and accuracy standards. Quality Checks help maintain a
minimum accuracy standard of 97.00% internally
- The offshore team ensures that the language used in the visit report is as per
the UK legal standards before approving a case. The Quality Auditors cross-
check whether all the parameters are being met by the Enforcement Officers in
their reports and correct actioning has been taken on the cases. Alternatively,
they also check whether the case has been rejected with appropriate reasons
