Sherpa QC -Managing Writs

The Challenges

Shergroup has 100+ Enforcement Officers who are spread all over UK. They together follow up 250+ reports on a daily basis. It is also critical to ensure that all the reports meet the set quality and accuracy standards as the recommendation used in these reports need to be legally right

  • Maintaining a workforce for regular quality check of the reports submitted by the officers; approximately 200 to 250+ reports per day based on the number of visits made for collection/recovery of debts
  • Ensuring quality of reports and making it presentable enough to be shown to the Claimants
  • It's the only system that provides all the details regarding what's been done on the Writ, by whom, at what time, and at what stage is the case on at any given time
  • Making sure that all quality parameters are being met and the correct flow is being implemented
  • Receiving reports from 100+ Enforcement Officers based all over U.K & Northern Ireland
  • Checking insolvencies wherever required
  • Offering recommendations to the Enforcement Officers regarding what would be their next appropriate step for recovering the debt and aborting (closing) a particular case wherever no further actions are required
  • Checking all the attached documents to make sure that the Enforcement Officers are following the process adherence norms and checking all the scenarios for rejection of cases along with their appropriate reasons
