  • Conducting time-to-time in-house training's/refreshers on new learning's and process updates
  • The London office continues to be the post room where the posts are received, scanned and uploaded on a FTP server. The offshore team accesses the scanned images, crosscheck's them to ensure work done is on 100 percent of the cases received and further uses them to perform the manual data entry process
  • A quality control process was designed to ensure quality and integrity of data with strict service levels
