Apart from providing online information on the web, Shergroup also ensures response within 24 hours on all letters, emails, and faxes received at Sherforce Office from Claimants. The letters are received by the respective departments who then respond within the stipulated timeframe. The response to each communication is defined and simultaneously updated on the web system.
