  • Since the system is linked to multiple different systems, making any changes on the case is critical as it reflects on other software too
  • It's the only system that provides all the details regarding what's been done on the Writ, by whom, at what time, and at what stage is the case on at any given time
  • Ensuring that all Quality Standards/Parameters set by the clients are being met
  • Receiving all the posts in the form of scanned images from the London Office, cross checking them and then uploading the reports and the final letters
  • The case is put through so many stages that at any point of time it can be determined whether the case is being handled correctly and as per the standard set by the client
